First we need to know why you are bringing this group of people together so we can determined what we can do to make your meeting successful. Then we will develop and deliver a seminar that suits your needs.

What we do.

Boom uses experiential learning as the key to improving your team. We all know that when we can touch people’s emotions we can find their passion. There is nothing better at doing than this than music and rhythm. The tools your people use in our seminars are drums and percussion instruments from all over the globe. Don’t worry, no musical experience is necessary. It is our expertise that allows us to create and facilitate fun exercises and compositions for your people that exemplify teamwork related objectives. Right away participants can see and hear whether their actions are working or not and learn why. They can then use this experience as a comparison from which they can look at their own actions within their job. We address our objectives throughout the seminar or by a debrief after the session.

Boom uses music and rhythm as a business tool because the skills needed for a group of musicians to play great music together represent the essence of successful group interaction.

The best musicians know how to listen, react, follow, and lead, how to constantly assess what happening and anticipate what is going to happen next and clearly communicate their ideas. They follow a common goal yet use their creativity to make the most out what is happening in the moment and to influence the future.

Boom’s interactive program creates a euphoric sense of unity for its participants and promotes a cooperative environment to explore many objectives. Depending on your time frame, it can be presented as a short exercise, last up to a couple of hours, or more intense work can be done in several sessions over a few days as the group progresses in their abilities. (We can also work in theatre style or banquet style set ups)

One of Booms most popular programs is our breakout sessions. Teams are sent off with instruments and coached by our facilitators to be their creative best. They return to present their work to their peers. This activity is fun and a great way to really bring home your messaging. A debrief is encouraged.


	The Boom experience gives you the foundation to recognize and to start applying teamwork skills right away. However, as in any kind of training, the skills we teach are not developed to their fullest in one session, and your organization will definitely benefit from repeated sessions.
